Shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order.

How fast will my order arrive?
Orders usually ship from Texas within 24 hours. Delivery inside the US usually takes 3 to 5 days by U.S. Post Office or UPS. You'll get a tracking number by email.

Do you ship outside the US?
Please email us before ordering and we'll confirm shipping options for your country.

Returns and exchanges

What is your return policy?
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, unworn and in its original packaging. Email sales@suntqmt.com first to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item was damaged, wrong, or not as described. See our full Refund Policy.

Can I exchange for something else?
Yes. Return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the piece you'd like.

Are custom orders returnable?
Custom and special-order pieces can't be returned.

About the jewelry

Is your jewelry real sterling silver?
Yes, every piece is genuine .925 sterling silver.

Is it Native American made?
It depends on the piece, and we always say which. Our rings, pendants, squash blossoms, buckles, cuffs and artist-signed earrings and necklaces are handmade by Navajo and Zuni artists, named on each listing. Our Desert Pearls are not Native American made: the beads are machine-made and hand strung in the USA. See our Authenticity Guarantee.

What are Desert Pearls?
Desert Pearls are sterling silver beads in the classic Navajo Pearl style, usually with an oxidized finish. Ours are machine-made beads, hand strung in the USA. They come in round and saucer shapes from 3mm to 14mm.

Is the turquoise real?
Yes. We list each stone by name and mine when known. Ask us about any specific piece and we'll tell you what we know, including whether the stone is natural or stabilized.

Sizing

Can you resize a ring?
Yes, ring sizing is free. Please allow about 3 extra days. A few stamped bands may show a small change in the stamping after sizing; we note this on those listings.

Which necklace length should I choose?

  • 14" to 16": sits close at the base of the neck (choker)
  • 18": sits on the collarbone, the most popular length
  • 20" to 22": sits a little below the collarbone
  • 24" to 30": falls to the chest, great for layering
  • 36" and longer: can be worn long or doubled

Will a stretch bracelet fit me?
Most of our stretch bracelets fit wrists from about 7" to 8". Each listing shows the fit. Bracelets with an extender chain adjust from about 6-3/4" to 8".

Care

How do I care for sterling silver?
Store pieces dry, ideally in a small bag, and wipe them with a soft polishing cloth. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering or using lotions. Avoid silver dip cleaners: they strip the oxidized finish and can damage turquoise and shell.

How can I pay?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and other options shown at checkout.

Can I send a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout, and add a note to your order if you'd like.
